Return Policy Guidelines

At Franklin's Citrus Farm, we stand by the quality of our products. We only accept returns for damaged or lost items. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at georgitrusdirect@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. To process a replacement, include your order number and a photo proof of the damage. Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement item at no additional cost. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons at this time.
